Established in 1966, affiliated to the China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), Locating at Yueyang city Hunan province, Changjiang Engine & Machinery Works (CEMW) is a state-owned large scale enterprise in China. CEMW has mainly been engaged in the developing and producing of small aviation engine , engine components ,airplane parts ,750cc air-cooled engine series and other engine products , electromechanical equipments, metal structural parts and so on.
CEMW is also a certificated producer of motorcycles and motorcycle engines of the state. With a history of more than 30 years on the 750cc motorcycle engine and 750cc motorcycle manufacturing, Its 750 engine series, including the air-cooled 24 horse power (SV) , 32 horse power (OHV) 750cc engine ,water-cooled 40 horse power 750 cc engine, have become the famous products in the country. Besides, the vintage 750m1 motorcycle and spare parts are also available in CEMW.

国营长江动力机械厂厂隶属于航空工集团公司，属国家大型Ⅱ类企。
在建厂40余年的历史中，工厂主要从事小型航空发动机、发动机零部件、飞机零部件以及其它动力、机电设备和金属结构件的开发与制造。工厂曾先后试制生产了多种航空产品，既有航空发动机整机的生产，也有航空发动机系列零部件的加工
工厂有30多年生产长江750摩托车发动机的历史，一直致力于生产全新24马力，32马力风冷式750CC发动机，拥有曲轴、变速箱体的铸造模具、以及曲轴，飞轮，离合器片，各种齿轮等发动机部件的加工能力，是目前国内仅存的正规生产750发动机的厂家。
主要产品：750CC摩托车发动机,汽车空调压缩机、快艇喷水推进器、化工三通换向阀,750CC摩托车发动机、石油撬装发油平台、电力瓷瓶法兰、叉车减速器主体部件。
