彩纳美科技发展有限公司是香港德宝集团的控股公司。彩纳美科技发展有限公司从2003年开始研发墨水，由博士和海归人员共同组成研发团队，研发技术人员中80%具有本科以上，并与同济大学、中山大学、华南理工大学等高等院校的家建立了技术合作关系，的技术力为客户提供环保的墨水。
