同元（香港）有限公司——（简称“同元香港”）是山西同元实集团有限公司的全资子公司，主要负责同元集团出口务。山西同元实集团有限公司成立于1999年，位于山西太原，是一家集钢材加工服务、销售、加固材料制造、物流配送、电子商务和投资管理为一体的综合性企。
同元集团作为钢材供应商，是太钢一级代理商，太钢战略合作伙伴，首钢、济钢、包钢等国内大型钢厂的一级代理商及战略合作伙伴，分别在上海、无锡、徐州、济南、青岛、太原等地设有钢材加工服务销售机构，有自己的库存和加工设备；在新乡设有加固材料制造基地；是高强钢、彩涂、纯铁、铝材、铜材、硅钢、不锈钢供应商，尤其太钢不锈钢、硅钢，在太原设有库存，可以硅钢出口，不锈钢出口，以满足客户需求；同元集团是加工企，在济南、青岛、徐州投资兴建了年加工钢材140万吨，具有水平的钢材加工中心；在美国、德国、越南、香港等地设有办事处和分公司。
多年来，公司坚持以客户为中心、满足客户需求，倡导为客户提供增值服务，做距离客户近的一环。主要服务于石油化工、电力装备、工程机械、汽车制造、机械制造、船舶制造等行，务网络覆盖了山东半岛、中原地区、和长江三角洲地区；同时，与日本、埃及、越南、俄罗斯、德国、比利时、意大利、奥地利、捷克、斯洛伐克、印度、阿联酋、台湾等国家和地区企开展进出口务，并连续五年被山西省商务厅评为外贸出口单位。公司发起并创立了国内钢材投资基金项目，并保持连续多年的高增长发展态势，投资成立了渤海商品交易所，并在上海、无锡、济南、太原设立了一级综合类授权服务机构。

Tongyuan International (HK) Co., Limited Tongyuan Hongkong, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Shanxi Tongyuan Industry Group Co., Limited, which is mainly responsible f expt business in Tongyuan Group. Our company was founded in 1999 in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, which has developed into a comprehensive enterprise of steel processing services, sales, reinfcement material manufacturing, logistics distribution, e-commerce investment management.
As a professional steel supplier, Tongyuan Group is the first-level agent long-term strategic partner of TISCO, Shougang Group, Jinan steel, Baosteel other large domestic steel. We set up steel service center branches in Shanghai, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Taiyuan other places; having stock advanced processing equipment; established the reinfcement material manufacturing base in Xinxiang.
