一：卷式夹板

由IXPE泡棉包裹铝板制成的可塑性卷式夹板，塑型成柱面体,利用柱面体的静曲直撑力来稳定受伤部位,从而达到固定效果. 无无,不受温度和气候影响,任意裁剪塑型,可洗涤,是骨科急救的好材料. 

急救夹板用途： 用作上肢，短下肢固定  两块夹板联用，可作长下肢固定。也可用作颈部，手指固定（手指固定（按需要可将夹板任意裁剪）及肩关节脱臼固定。

特点: 
　　初状态柔软,用手即可改变其形状,可卷曲,使用方便! 
　　可以随意用剪改变其大小(可制成手指甲板),可适用不同体态的人群. 
　　静曲后产生的弧状面,可以更好的伏贴于人体,使用更加方便 
　　特种高分子材,改变形状后的金属产生疲劳,因而成型后状态稳定,正骨效果良好. 
　　特种高分子材,具有X光可穿透性 
　　高分子材美国OSHA标准,状态稳定,无,无刺激性气味,可直接与皮肤接触,不会对皮肤产生损害.

Rolled Splint:

The splint, which is built from a thin core of aluminum alloy and IXPE foam, is exceptionally pliable and when bent into a simple curve, it becomes strong and supportive for any fractured or injured limb. The splint is extremely moldable and soft enough to cut with ordinary household scissors.

Used in: neck support, finger splint, double layer wrist splint, ankle splint, humeral shaft splint.

二： 医疗用垫片

IXPE泡棉也可以做成医疗垫片， 不仅黏着人体也安全，同时对皮肤也没有副作用。在柔软性，弹性，厚度稳定性方面较越。
