BAK International (Tianjin) Limited was founded in December 2006, with a registered capital of USD 9,999. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of China BAK Battery Inc., which is a NASDAQ listed public company (Nasdaq GM: CBAK). BAK International (Tianjin) Limited’s core business is manufacturing and selling cylindrical lithium-ion cells for cordless power tools, LEVs, UPS and other portable equipments. The company has recently expanded its product offerings to include battery cells for use in HEV space. The company ‘s 400,000 square meters facilities are located in Beichen High-tech Park, Tianjin, with total daily capacity of approximately 400,000 units.
