本机系大型干燥设备，主要由于振动上料、热转换器、干燥机、进出风装置、冷却等部分组成，其中振动上料装置使物料均匀撒落在网带上，配以大风进风风机把物料表皮水分带走，由出风装置把分排到室外，从而达到理想的干燥效果。
