橡胶有衬里消防水带 产品特点｜Product Trait 材：采用高强度合成纤维织成管状外套，再内衬橡胶化而成。 特点：具有耐压、耐磨、耐腐蚀、不渗水、阻力小等点，是我国传统使用的经济型水带产品，用于输送水或其它灭火剂。可与消防箱、消防泵、消防栓、消防车配套使用。 适用范围：广泛适用于消防灭火，工矿企、舰船码头、石化仓库、农副生产等领域。
水带-检验规则
1、检验时以同一品种、同一内径、长1000 米的水带为一批。从中任意抽取100 米做外观检验。
2、个试样第径均应本标准规定；3 个试样的单位长度重及渗水的算术平均值应本标准规定；一个试样只进行一种状态的破试验，并应本标准规定。
3、检验时若有某项不本标准规定，允许对该项复验。复验时仍以经济的方法加倍抽取试样。试样复验的结果均应本标准规定，否则为不合格品。
4、当供需双方对产品有争议时，仲裁检验的一切费用由责任方承担。
水带 - 性能要求
1 水带的织物层应编织得均匀，表面整洁；无跳双经、断双经、跳纬及划伤。
2 水带衬里(或覆盖层)的厚度应均匀，表面应光滑平整、无折皱或其他缺陷。
3 水带内径的公称尺寸及公差应符规定。
4 水带的长度及尺寸公差应规定。
5 水带的设计工作压力及耐压值应规定。
6 水带的单位长度
