TC-12 Series Reclosers

1、Summary

　TC-12 Series outdoor high volt permanent-magnet vacuum automatic Reclosers  are a new generation of multi-function product developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Tianchi Electric Co., Ltd. This product employs advanced technology throughout the whole design. It integrates the functions of control，protection，measurements ，communication，fault detection and on-line monitoring. It can carry out Substation Automation and distribution automation． This product can be used as the switches in 10kV line and 10kV out line of distribution. It can be also used as the switches in poll. It is a suitable choice to realize distribution automation and miniaturization Substation.

2、Technical Features

●The TC-12 is equipped with magnetic actuators responsible for opening and closing the recloser`s main contacts thus decreasing the number of parts and increasing the reliability with no power required to keep the contacts open or closed and maintenance free.
● Imported outdoor Epoxy Resin is used for insulated material． The device is of light weight，has long life and is able to endure harsh outdoor climates. It has no oil or gas, and so is more environmentally friendly.
● Advanced DSP is used in this system. The device integrates the functions of control 、protection 、measurement and communication.
● The device uses the integrated sensor technology and can be monitored and measured on-line.
● Rich Communication methods. The recloser can communicate through Wireless communications and support English or Chinese short messages.
● There are 128 sampling points in a cycle. FFT tranorm provides high-speed and high-precision data up to 19th harmonics waveforms.
● The device has good EMC compatibility. Its EMC meets IV level of the Chinese national standard. It ensures the recloser not to act by accident.
● The device can provide independent phase tripping current protection when it communicated to each other with optical cable ，This feature ensures the device to have fault isolation or resume power supply automatically without the centre station. This greatly improves the reliability of power supply.
● The device measures and makes corrections according to the temperature inside. This feature made it to have high precision throughout the entire operating temperature range.
● The specially designed power supply unit can switch between AC110V and AC220V. The voltages of the batteries can be tested and the charge current or voltage can be controlled.
● User interface is very friendly. It supports Chinese language.
● The stainless steel cabinet does not rust and makes the device essentially maintenance free.
3、Main Functions
● Protective Function：This device has instantaneous over-current protection、timing over-current protection、negative sequence over-current protection、directional over-current protection and over-voltage protection.
● Measurement：The recloser can measure currents、voltages、kWh、kVARh、power factor and frequency etc.
● Control：The recloser can be controlled locally and remotely. The control sequence can also be pre-programmed
● Automation：The recloser can implement fault detection、fault isolation、power supply resume and parameters analyze automatically. It can subtract load automatically in low frequency and deliver or cut capacitors automatically. It can report failure in time through Wireless communications or other communication network.
● Communication：The recloser provides TCP/IP，DNP3.0，IEC101 protocols. CAN、RS232/485 ports are available and make the recloser ready for external links through Wireless communications.
● The recloser can record and save the operation parameters and failure parameters. The protected values and parameters can be set locally or remotely.

TC-12系列重合器

一、概述

　　TC-12系列户外高压磁真空自动重合器是本公司综合国内外技术、博采众家之长、采用全新设计理念、运用高科技手段、新研制的新一代重合器。集测、保护、控制、通讯、故障、在线监测等功能于一体，可以方便地实现变电综合自动化和配网自动化。该新产品既可作为3.5kV变电所主变10kV侧及出线的开关，也可作为配电网的柱上开关，是实现配网自动化和小型化变电所的设备。

二、特点

　　1、采用磁机构，使部件大减少，合闸功率大幅度减少，稳定可靠，无须定期维护保养。

　　2、采用进口户外环氧树脂作为外绝缘材料，重轻、寿命长、耐候性好、无油、无6，环保要求；

　　3、采用的DSP芯片，集控制、保护、测、通讯于一体，使系统具有超前设计、超强功能；

　　4、采用综合传感器技术，实现装置的在线监测；

　　5、通信方式灵活，支持通用无线分组务，支持中、英文短消息；

　　6、每周波多达128点的采样和快速FFT变换，为线路的测和保护提供了从波到19次谐波的高速度、高精度数据；
