NANY系列智能型工频耐压控制箱是根据国家新行试验标准而设计的试验设备，其安全可靠、功能强大、使用方便、维护简单，主要用于对各种电器产品、电气元件、绝缘材料等进行规定电压下的绝缘强度试验，以考核产品的绝缘水平，发现被试品的绝缘缺陷，衡过电压的能力，是电力运行相关部门、电工电器制造企、冶金、煤矿、电气化铁路相关部门、科研单位及高等院校等需要耐压试验设备的产品。

试验结果显示功能，可自动判断试验结果（试验通过或试验失败），并能可靠记录试品过电流、闪洛或击穿时的电压；
试验结果声音报功能，试验通过或试验失败时，设备会发出不同的报声音，试验人员可直接由报声音辨认试验的结果；
暂停功能，自动控制时，此功能可做到在任意点实现升压或降压的暂停，暂停时间可由试验人员灵活掌握，方便观察试品状态；
自动计时功能，自动控制时，当电压自动上升至设定值时，设备自动开始计时，当计时时间到，显示试验结果，设备自动回到零位；
手动计时功能，手动控制时，计时器可手动启动，当耐压时间到，设备自动回到零位（仅台式设备有此功能）；
手动控制模式，此模式类似于传统的电动升/降压方式，上升/下降由按钮控制，设备自动判断上/下限位，有过电压保护；
升压速度智能控制，当电压达到目标电压80%时，升压速度会自动减慢，当达到目标电压90%时，升压速度进一步减慢；
采用硬、软件抗技术相结合，性能稳定，抗性强。

注意事项

● 试验接地端必须可靠接地。
● 试验时不允许将不相干的物品堆放在设备面板上或周围。
●开机前请检查电源电压:交流220V±10% 50Hz。
● 更换保险管和配件时，请使用与本仪器相同的型号。
● NANY系列智能型工频耐压控制箱注意防潮、防油污。
● 试验时请确认被测设备已断电，并与其它带电设备断开。
● 开机前请检查暂停键是否被暂停，如被暂停请恢复。
保养和维修
１．验设备的可用性
仪器在使用前首先观察仪器外观是否有破损。通电后检查仪器表头是否有显示，显示是否完整，对没有使用的仪器还应检查其输出部分接线柱是否锈蚀、老化现象，否则应及时清理完好再使用。使用时请参照“使用手册”。
２．设备的保养
每次完成试验后，清整仪器接线柱上的连线，关闭电源，断开电源插头，盖上机箱盖，放置在干燥无尘、通风、无腐蚀性气体的室内。
３．保险管的更换方法
仪器的保险管与仪器的电源插座连为一体，更换时首先应拔掉电源线，用小一字锥从上方拨出保险盒。

● Pause function, automatic control, this function can be done at any point such as achieve boost or buck pause, the pause time can controlled by the operator flexibility, for observing the test status easily;
● Automatic timer function. Automatic control, when the voltage is increases to the set value automatically, the device start time automatically, when the timer is time out, it will show the testing results, the device automatically returns to the zero ition ;
● Manual timer function , when manual control, the timer can be started manually , when the pressure the start, the device returns to zero ( only desktop devices have this function ) automatically;
● Manual control mode, this mode is similar to the traditional electric buck / boost mode , up / down control by the button, the device judge the upper / lower limit automatically, also with over-voltage protection ;
● Boost speed with intelligent control, when the voltage reaches to 80% of the target voltage , the boost speed will automatically slow down, when it reaches to 90% of the target voltage , the boost speed slowed further ;
●Adopting the hardware and software anti-jamming technology, with stable performance and strong anti-interference .
